Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within the same business day if received before 12pm and in other circumstances the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

All orders ship via free ground shipping and are expected to arrive within 2-5 business days. This method is typically the cheapest shipping method.

We offer expedited shipping services from all major carriers if an order is needed via next day or 2 day shipping.

Local Pickup

We offer customers the option to pickup from our warehouse. If this is the preferred option a 5% discount will apply upon pickup.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Please contact us for a quote.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delays
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak holiday periods.

Signature and Insurance Coverage
For orders over $750 we offer full insurance coverage for loss, theft or damage to your order. It is for a flat fee of $10. In addition, an option to add an adult signature is $7.50. We provide insurance on all orders $750 and under.
