The Customer Service was excellent. I had called to ask a question about shipping (spoke with Charles) because I needed the item within 2 days. Within 30 minutes of my order, I received a phone call from Charles about my shipping option. I had chosen the 2 day shipping, but there was an additional 24 hours that needed to be included in the time because the item came from the factory. Thanks to Charles for paying attention and taking the extra time to call me at home and make sure that I got my clock. He cancelled my order and re-ordered my item with me on the phone, changing the shipping option, in order to make sure that I got it in time. He was very patient and extremely helpful.
